This notice explains how information sent through the Scandex transfer-request form is handled.

Who handles your information

What the form collects

Your name, email, telephone number and the trip details you provide, including locations, dates, passenger count and optional travel requirements. Please do not include identity documents, payment-card information or sensitive medical details.

Why we use it

We use the information to respond to your request, prepare a quote and arrange the journey you ask for. It is not used to subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the website’s restricted WordPress booking area, hosted by Hostinger. An email notification is sent to Scandex. Website administrators and authorised staff can access requests. A temporary, hashed network identifier is used to limit automated submissions.

Your choices

Contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask about retention and how your request is handled. Any information that must be retained for an applicable obligation may need to be kept. You can also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Cookies and external links

The transfer form does not use advertising trackers or a third-party map. Administrative sign-in may use essential WordPress cookies. External links open services with their own privacy policies.
