From the beginning at Scandex we have always aimed to ensure fair working conditions in an industry long structured through multiple subcontracting layers where drivers often lacked fair treatment and predictable income and reliable benefits. We insist our partners provide decent conditions and work closely with our Company, which recruits and staffs personnel on behalf of Scandex.
As a driver assigned to Scandex, you are employed by our Company and protected under the collective agreement with the Sellers. You earn a competitive hourly wage, receive extra pay for unsocial working hours and an occupational pension plan. You are protected by the Sick Pay Act and the Holiday Act, and benefit from life and accident insurance.
